24/7 Emergency Roofing

Storm damage, sudden leaks and missing tiles after high winds — our 24/7 emergency team will make your roof safe and watertight, fast. We answer the phone day and night and typically have a roofer on site within 2–4 hours across Hampshire and Dorset.

24/7 Emergency Roofing — Local Roof Repairs UK Ltd in Hampshire & Dorset

What's included

  • 24/7 emergency call-out, 365 days a year — including bank holidays
  • Typical on-site response within 2–4 hours of your call
  • Emergency tarping and weatherproofing the same day
  • Insurance-grade photo documentation included
  • Permanent repair quoted within 48 hours of make-safe
  • Hampshire, Dorset, Wiltshire and the Isle of Wight

Phone us, day or night, and you'll speak to a roofer — not a call centre. We'll talk you through what to do inside the house first (catch the water, isolate the electrics where safe to do so, move possessions) and we'll be on the road to you within minutes.

Our emergency vans carry full tarping kit, batten, breathable membrane, lead, and the most common tile and slate types — so we can usually make a permanent or near-permanent repair on the same visit, not just sheet over the problem and disappear.

If full permanent repair has to wait for scaffold or matching materials, we leave you weathertight, photograph everything for your insurer, and quote the permanent works in writing within 48 hours. No deposit is taken until permanent works begin.

Frequently asked

24/7 Emergency Roofing questions, answered honestly.

Will my insurance cover this?

Storm and accidental damage are covered by most home insurance policies. We provide the photo evidence and written report your insurer will need, and we're happy to invoice the loss adjuster directly where appropriate.

What does an emergency call-out cost?

We charge a transparent fixed call-out fee for the make-safe (typically £180–£350 depending on access and time of day), credited in full against any permanent repair we then carry out for you.

What areas do you cover for emergencies?

All of Hampshire, Dorset, southern Wiltshire and the Isle of Wight. Outside these areas we'll always try to point you to a trusted local firm rather than leave you stuck.

"Storm Isha took a dozen tiles off our roof on a Sunday afternoon. Mike answered the phone himself, was on site within two hours, tarped the whole side that night and had the permanent repair done the following Tuesday. He showed me photos before and after, talked me through the insurance claim, and didn't take a penny until I was happy. You don't get service like that any more."

Southampton, Hampshire · Storm damage repair · March 2026
"We had three roofers quote for stripping and re-covering our 1970s detached. Mike was the only one who actually got up on the roof with a ladder, lifted tiles, checked the battens and showed me where the felt had perished. His quote wasn't the cheapest but it was the only honest one. The job took five days, the skip was emptied daily, and the lads even hoovered the loft when they were done."

Bournemouth, Dorset · Full re-roof — concrete tile · February 2026
"Re-roofed our 1930s semi in natural Welsh slate. Mike sourced reclaimed slates that matched the next-door neighbour's roof exactly so the terrace still looks uniform. The leadwork around the chimney is a piece of art. Two of our neighbours have already booked him in."

Winchester, Hampshire · Welsh slate re-roof · January 2026
"Our extension flat roof had been patched four times by the original builder and still leaked. Mike stripped it back to the deck, found rotten OSB nobody had mentioned, replaced it, upgraded the insulation and installed a one-piece EPDM membrane. Two heavy storms since and not a drop. Fair price, immaculate finish."
Tom & Jenny H.
Poole, Dorset · Flat roof — EPDM rubber · January 2026
"Damp patch on the chimney breast turned out to be failed flashing and 60-year-old mortar. Mike rebuilt the top three courses, fitted new code 5 lead step flashing and repointed the whole stack. He even rebedded a wobbly pot I hadn't asked about, no extra charge. A proper tradesman."
Margaret W.
Christchurch, Dorset · Chimney repointing & lead flashing · December 2025
"Two surveyors had told us our house was unmortgageable because of the spray foam in the loft. Mike removed the lot in three days, gave us a full written report with photos of every rafter, and the next surveyor signed it off without a fuss. Sale completed last week. Genuinely life-changing service."
